Information collected
As with many other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on the server.

The information we collect is used solely by us to enhance the visitor's experience when using the website to display personalized content.

World Flight Planner includes a variety of data from third-party sources. In most cases this data is available within our site. However, in the cases where users must leave our site, any third party site will have separate and independent privacy policies that may or may not be similar to ours. Nevertheless, we seek to ensure the protection of all our users and welcome any feedback on third-party sites linked from this site.

Changes to our privacy policy
The most current version of our privacy policy will always be located on this Privacy Policy page. Archived versions of the privacy policy will also be available via this page. As a quick reference for users, privacy policy changes are assigned a version number. Number changes before the decimal (1.5 to 2.0, for example) indicate a major change in the privacy policy whereas number changes after the decimal (1.5 to 1.6, for example) indicate a minor change limited to changes grammatical in nature.
