Refund Policy

30-Day Free Trial

All first-time, new accounts receive a free 30-day trial. The account created for the trial period is fully featured account with no limitations so that you can experience all that World Flight Planner has to offer. If you decide that the application is not for you, simply cancel your account anytime within the 30 day trial period and you won't be billed.

Cancel Anytime

Once you cancel your account you won't be charged again but any charges that have already been incurred on the account are the responsibility of the account holder. Also, it is important to note that once an account has been canceled it cannot, except under extenuating circumstances, be reactivated. As mentioned, if you cancel your new account within the first 30 days of a trial period, you won't be charged at all for the trial.

Payment

Payment for an account is billed in advance on a monthly (or yearly) basis and is non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial months (or in the case of yearly billing, partial years) of service, refunds for upgrade/downgrade of account type, or refunds for time unused with an open account. Only in extenuating circumstances, such as loss of a medical, will a refund be considered.

No Hidden Fees, No Tricks

You will find that, unlike some sites, there are no hidden fees, no setup fees and no cancelation fees. Basically there are no tricks whatsoever. If you don't want an account anymore, we don't want you to feel like you're stuck. In fact, if you haven't used your account for a while, we'll send you an email to remind you that you're still paying for a service that you don't seem to be using.

How To Cancel Your Account

You can cancel your account by logging into your account and clicking on the My Account link in the top navigation bar. Once you are on the My Account page, scroll down to the section titled 'Subscription Information' and click on 'cancel' link.
