Who is World Flight Planner for?

World Flight Planner is for any pilot or dispatcher. Whether you're in commercial or general aviation, you'll find the application well suited to your flight planning needs.

What countries are supported?

At this time, we support Canada and the United States, and are beta-testing data for Australia. More countries to follow in the near future.

Are any other languages supported besides English?

At present we only support English but are working on support for French and Spanish, with others to follow based on user demand.

How am I billed?

World Flight Planner is a web-based, pay-as-you-go service, charged on a monthly (or yearly) basis.

Are there any other fees?

No, there are no additional fees. There are no signup/setup fees, no fees for cancelling your account or any other charges disguised as something else.

How does your refund policy work?

If you cancel your account, we stop charging you. Complete details on the refund policy page.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Our servers are backed up night and all sensitive transactions use SSL. See our security page for complete details.

Do you provide technical support?

Yes. All accounts have at least Silver-level support, which is 24x7 e-mail support and an initial response within 24 hours. Additional options are available.
